Fast casual chain BBQ joint. I really wanted to love this place, however I felt like the food fell short. I tried a little bit of nearly all the sides and the Not Your Sloppy Joe. I found the food to be average. Not something I’d crave. The lemonade was excellent however. Staff was super friendly and kind.

I stopped to try it because its not my favorite.when catered it is acquired I.dont not use sauce so it is.better for people who.eat pork belly and BBQ sauce the wings are a no for us but the hush puppies a yes, the kids enjoyed the banana pudding and cookies , potato salad was good the app was glitching The customer service was great

I have been to this location a couple times and always find it wonderful. Today it was hard-core raining and I had to go order. I waited for a while, but I was anxious to get home and eat. So I was gonna brave the rain. An employee asked me to wait. He went in the back and cut a large garbage bag lengthwise and he had another employee held it over my head like a tarp, walking me all the way to my car while they got wet. Then they went back for my little guy to walk him to the car as well. Really above and beyond Their responsibilities or expectations for service. But they were wonderful.

Kiera was very friendly, and knowledgeable. As she began ringing up my order, I explained to her that I had only visited a City Barbecue 1 time a few back and was nit a pleasant experience, luckily it wasn't this location and since I was working in the area, I decided to give the restaurant/brand another try. Kiera gave me the experience to change my mind about this restaurant. After explaining to her that my Grandmother used to make the best corn pudding she offered up a sample and then offered two more samples of side items. I truly appreciated her customer service.

It's a little bit hit or miss with the food here. Sometimes it's on point and sometimes not. Today wasn't the greatest, well the chicken wasn't. The pork was really good. The guy who took our order was wonderful. So polite and kind. Probably the best ever at this location. They need to really stay on top of the trash and tray collection area.

This Fairfield location is always on top of their game! Service is great and the food is always top notch. Great location to dine outside and enjoy the weather with wonderful smell of BBQ filling the air. Also a great choice for kids that are picky, they have a little of everything for everyone! And don’t forget dessert!
